UMAN'HA is a boutique villa designed for CONSCIOUS development.

The objective of this house is to create an interaction with nature, generating a connection between the user and their environment while respecting the construction footprint of 22%.

The project is located in lot 2 phase B, Plot 735, zone 1, polygon 1, NCPE José María Pino Suárez, Tulum,

Quintana Roo.

UMAN'HA has a living room, dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms with private bathroom and walk-in closet, multipurpose room, terrace, service area, and two pools distributed on two levels.

For the construction of the house, traditional materials and construction systems of the region will be used.

They will have a foundation based on isolated footings and strips based on masonry, contracting and joist and vault slabs. The structures will be formed with reinforced concrete columns and beams, in the same way that it will occur with the mezzanine slabs. The walls will be built in a hollow block confined with dalas and concrete castles, flattened with a mixture of mortar.

The building will have an avant-garde image in light and gray colors, wooden details
